A print from an original painting by Edwin Rendall. Edwin has lived in Westray all his life and while working on the family farm he was always struck by the changing beauty of the island. He attempts to capture this diversity in his paintings. Living on an island, and his studio being the cabin from a nineteenth century shipwreck, the sea is a constant source of inspiration. Sometimes he ventures inland.
These prints are done on canvas using light-fast inks. The print is then given a coating which protects the surface against scuffing, moisture and offers enhanced protection against ultraviolet light.
They are available in a choice of float frames - Driftwood, Flagstone and Charcoal. Or you may also choose to have it without a frame as a stretched canvas. All are ready to hang.
Framed size - 24 x 24 x 3.5cm Stretched canvas size - 20.5 x 20.5 x 2cm
