From Fitty Hill to Foula
Sometimes you happen to be in the right place at the right time. From the top of Fitty Hill, Westray’s highest point at about 169m (554 ft). The view looking over Pierowall towards the north end of the island. Foula, one of the Shetland Islands can be seen on the horizon. At 65 miles distant, this is a rare occurrence.
